This is a very different low cost carrier. They offer the lower pricing by the use of brand new Airbus aircraft that conserves fuel and are lighter. That savings is passed on with lower cost fares.

There are three classes of service:

1.) Basic Fare – Gives you just the seat and 1-piece of carry-on luggage of 26 lbs. / This class can only be booked on Frenchbee’s website.

Prices start at around $750 round trip with taxes depending on time of year.

2.) Smart Fare: This includes everything in the “Basic Fare” plus 1-piece of checked-baggage  of 50 lbs. and a standard meal

Prices start at around $850 round trip with taxes depending on time of year. Well under economy costs of other airlines.

Basic and Smart Fares are in the same cabin with the same seating, High-Quality “Zim” leather seats, free in-flight entertainment with HD Touch Screen, power and USB ports, and adjustable head rest.

3.) Premium – This includes everything in Basic and Smart Fares, plus no-cost beverages, and seat choice in premium cabin.

Premium seating is in its own cabin with more pitch, more seat width, and a fuller recline.

Prices start at around $1750 round trip with taxes depending on time of year. This is under most premium-economy cabins for the other airlines.

It is a great opportunity for those travelers that like to save on the airfare and splurge in the islands and wish to fly from San Francisco.
